Mr. Johnstone is a Principal Consultant and founding partner of Spatial Vision Group, Inc. He works with clients to design, develop and use Geographic Information Systems (GIS) to support the development, operations and maintenance of business and government infrastructure. He has completed over 120 consulting assignments that have implemented more than $27 million in GIS systems which describe the location, status and operations of over $7 billion in infrastructure and natural resources assets.
